Six games back to back this week, which, despite getting off to a slow start in our first game playing our usual 2-2-1 formation ending in a 3-1 loss to Old Loughts turned out to be a strong tournament for Brentwood.

For the next five games we went on the attack playing a 1-2-2 formation which resulted in back to back wins and an overall goal difference for the tournament of +10 with wins against;
Thurrock 3-1
Waltham Forest 5-0
Old Loughts 2-1
Thurrock 2-1
Waltham Forest 3-0

Boys U10s
The boys were short of players this week due to the international jet set lifestyle that some of our members enjoy!
Three plucky boys Adam, Aarav and Charlie S were not deterred and with the help from a volunteer from Redbridge & Ilford HC they stepped forward with four players against their opponent's five.
The boys went on to win most of their matches with one draw to spoil their scoresheet.

Girls U12s
The girls U12s have pulled together a strong team of regular players who now perform well on every outing. The girls won three and drew one against Waltham Forest who they went on to beat 2 - 0 in the final match.

Boys U12s
The boys continue to develop and find their way with new faces who are picking up the game with impressive speed. Well done to Max and Ted. Jacob is also now finding his feet in the older age group.
